Temporary Traffic Regulation Order extension until 31st July 2024 – Green Lane

NORFOLK COUNTY COUNCIL has made a Temporary Traffic Regulation Order (STRO10477) affecting the C382 Green Lane from its junction with C375 Back Lane for 1000m eastwards in the PARISH OF ROCKLAND ST. MARY WITH HELLINGTON owing to flooding.

This Order continues the provisions of the Order dated 15th April 2024 that the road will be temporarily closed (except for access) and the restriction will now continue in effect from 1st June to 31st July 2024 (previously 16th April to 31st May 2024) for the duration of the safety concern expected to be about 61 days within the period.

Alternative route is via: Back Lane, A146 Hellington Corner, A146 Loddon Road, Norwich Road, Ashby Road, Mill Road (Ashby St. Mary, Hellington, Thurton).

If necessary, the restriction could run for a maximum period of 18 months from the date of the Order.

Penalty: £1000 maximum fine on conviction and/or endorsement for contravention.
