January was the start of our regular rotation in Claxton so we will keep the device till the end of March, when we hope to transfer it to Langley with Hardley Parish for the next quarter.  LwH have found a volunteer to take this on, so we should share it between us again going forward.

In February the Monitor was on The Warren facing north towards Rockland and Norwich.  The table below covers the whole month.

What does it show?  The improvement in behaviour in December quickly disappeared with over 270 cars in February going through over 35MPH and one in excess of 50MPH (on Sunday 21 January at 2.15pm, would you believe?).  The 3 between 46-50MPH came through on Friday 12th at 11am, Thursday 18th at 4.45pm and Tuesday 23rd at 7.10am, so once again there’s no pattern, but nor is there any explanation or excuse for this.  Not a great start to 2024, we’re afraid.
