Norfolk County Council’s annual recycling centre survey is an opportunity for householders to provide us with feedback about our recycling centres.

The survey runs each year to give us an ongoing picture of what is working well, what could be improved and how residents are using the household waste recycling centres.

Even if you don’t use them, we want to hear from you so that we can understand why.

The survey runs from 13 February until 31 March 2023 and only takes five minutes to complete.
