The Fair on the Yare Committee is a separate entity to the Village Hall and church, and its sole purpose is to organise and deliver the annual event each summer.

There have been recent changes in the membership of the Committee, which is currently as follows:
Chair – Carolyn Moar, Secretary – Pat Clare, Members – Sarah Carter, David Moar, John and Marion Heathcote, Peter Lancaster, Eileen Dunsdon and Fiona Cantrill. Mike Balmer provides Treasurer services but is not a member of the Committee.
