The Fair on the Yare Committee is a separate entity to the Village Hall and church, and its sole purpose is to organise and deliver the annual event each summer.

Membership of the Committee changes from time to time and is presently as follows:
Chair – Carolyn Moar, Secretary – Pat Clare, Members – Sarah Carter, David Moar, John and Marion Heathcote, Eileen Dunsdon, Fiona Cantrill and Jackie Kennedy. Mike Balmer provides Treasurer services but is not a member of the Committee.
