This is where all relevant documents and other relevant information concerning the running of the Parish Council may be found. They will be added to as new documents or policies are approved by the Council.

Parish Councillors are required to complete a Register of Personal Interests and the latest version of this register is held on the South Norfolk Council website at http://www.south-norfolk.gov.uk/democracy/media/DOI_Claxton_Parish_Council.pdf.

The Council does not have a designated office. Rather the Clerk uses his private dwelling at his place of work. Any parishioner wishing to contact him should first e-mail or telephone, rather than simply arriving at his home. He will then agree a mutually convenient time to meet, if required.
