South Norfolk Council are currently seeing high levels of fly tipping and littering in South Norfolk. Both of these have a negative impact on the environment and human health. They have often found that fly tipping has occurred because residents have given their waste to unregistered waste carriers who have in turn fly tipped the waste, and hope to protect residents from this form of activity.
